The Scout in the picture in my 1979 Scout II. The sign behind the Scout is what the picture is really about to me, however. “Back in the day” my grandfather (Papa), made a couple of these signs to point the way from the pavement to the ranch. This one is still standing, and as long as there’s a Mayfield at the end of that arrow, I’m sure it always will.
